About these terms
NeuraFlow, 1606, Tower-1, Valley View, Sector-45, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India, makes Pulse and runs this website. These terms explain how you may use this website and, in short, how we provide Pulse to a company. Before a company starts using Pulse, we also agree a written agreement with it. Where that agreement and this page differ, the written agreement applies.
Using this website
You may read this website, take its tour and contact us. The screens and figures on it come from LittleNest Creations, the company we use to show Pulse; they are not another company’s results. Please do not copy the website to present it as your own, or try to break or overload it.
What Pulse is
Pulse plans what to make and what to buy from a company’s own files: sales, stock, recipes, materials, suppliers and open orders. It shows the plan, its reasons, supplier drafts and purchase-order PDFs, the Weekly Pulse and what-if plans.
Pulse does not yet connect to Tally, Zoho or other accounting software, and it does not keep invoices or accounts.
You decide, Pulse prepares
- Pulse suggests what to make and what to buy. Your company decides.
- Pulse never places an order or contacts a supplier. Your company sends every order itself.
- A plan becomes official only when a person publishes it: someone in your company, or a NeuraFlow staff member whose role allows it.
- AI in Pulse explains and suggests; it never changes a number.
- A plan is only as good as the files it is made from. Please check the plan before you act on it; your company remains responsible for its decisions.
Set-up and the pilot
There is no sign-up form. NeuraFlow sets up each company with it, from its own files, and a person approves every file before Pulse plans with it: someone in the company, or a NeuraFlow staff member whose role allows it.
By agreement, a company may first use Pulse free for two weeks on its own files. Nothing is charged on its own during or after the pilot: the first invoice comes only if the company decides to go ahead.
Price and payment
Pulse has one price per company, not per person. Every price is before 18% GST, and every invoice is a GST invoice from NeuraFlow. The current prices are on the pricing page:
- Founding customers: ₹3,000 a month plus GST, for up to 10 people, with this price locked for 12 months and the ₹15,000 set-up fee waived.
- Customers after the founding ones: ₹6,000 a month plus GST, and a one-time set-up fee of ₹15,000 plus GST.
You may pay monthly or yearly, by bank transfer or UPI, against our invoice. We do not take payment cards and we never charge you automatically. The written agreement with your company sets the billing period and the due date of each invoice.
If you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund that payment in full; after 7 days it is not refunded. Our refund policy explains it.
Your company’s data
The files your company adds to Pulse, and the plans made from them, belong to your company. Each company sees only its own data. We use your company’s data only to provide Pulse to your company and to help you with it. The next part says what happens to it when your company leaves.
Stopping and leaving
Your company may stop using Pulse at any time by telling us in writing. Pulse keeps running to the end of the month you have already paid for, or the year if you paid yearly, and we send no further invoice.
Before your company leaves, someone whose role allows it can download what Pulse lets you download today:
- the rows Pulse holds for each kind of data, as Excel files in Pulse’s own template;
- the purchase-order PDFs;
- the Weekly Pulse PDFs;
- the make and buy drafts you saved, as CSV files.
Pulse does not give back the original files you uploaded, and it has no single download of all your company’s data.
After your company leaves, we delete its company data and files within 30 days. We keep payment records and invoices only as long as Indian tax law requires. Copies in our backups are not deleted one by one: they leave the backups as those are replaced.
Notice from us
We give your company at least 30 days’ written notice before we change our prices or stop providing Pulse. A founding customer’s price does not change during the 12 months it is locked.
What we are responsible for
- Pulse suggests and your company decides. Pulse never places an order: your company sends every order itself and remains responsible for its decisions.
- NeuraFlow’s total liability to your company is limited to the fees your company paid NeuraFlow in the 12 months before the claim.
- NeuraFlow is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit.
- Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited.
