Every price here is before 18% GST, and every invoice is a GST invoice. No price per person, no payment card needed.
Pulse’s paid service is still being set up. Founding customers start with the free two-week pilot, by agreement. Ask us to tell you when it opens.

- A Tally, Zoho or ERP connection: Pulse reads Excel and CSV files today.
- Sending orders to suppliers: Pulse prepares the purchase order, you send it.

What people ask about the price.
Is GST included?
No. Every price is before 18% GST. ₹3,000 a month is ₹3,540 with GST, and you get a GST invoice from NeuraFlow.
What does “founding customer” mean?
You are one of the first companies on Pulse. Your price stays at ₹3,000 a month for 12 months, and the ₹15,000 set-up fee is waived. Customers after the founding ones pay the standard price.
How does the free pilot work?
By agreement, we set up Pulse on your own files and you use it for two weeks. The pilot is free, and nothing is charged on its own: the first invoice comes only if you decide to go ahead.
Can more than 10 people use it?
Tell us how many people need it and we will agree it with you before the first invoice.
Does Pulse connect to Tally?
Not yet. Pulse reads Excel and CSV files today; a person uploads them.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly, by bank transfer or UPI, against a GST invoice. Our refund policy explains what happens if you stop.
What if I stop, or want my money back?
You can stop at any time: Pulse runs to the end of the month you have paid for, or the year if you paid yearly, and we send no further invoice. If you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund that payment in full; after 7 days it is not refunded. The terms of use say what you can download before you leave.
