This notice covers this website, its form and the messages you send us about Pulse. The data a company adds to Pulse is covered by our terms of use and the written agreement with that company.
What we collect
When you send us the form, we keep what you write in it:
- what you would like: a demo, to hear when Pulse opens, or an answer to a question;
- your name, your company and your phone number, and whether we may message you on WhatsApp;
- your e-mail address, if you give one;
- your answers about your products and how you plan today, and your message or question.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or write to us, we keep that conversation so we can reply. This website sets no cookies. If we count visits, we count which pages are seen without cookies and without anything that follows you to other websites. The service that hosts this website keeps short technical records, such as the address of your connection, to keep it safe.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you: to agree a time for a demo, to answer your question, or to tell you when Pulse opens for customers, and to talk about whether Pulse fits your company. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to mailing lists or send you messages you did not ask for.
Who handles it for us
The companies that host this website, store your request and deliver our e-mails handle your details for us, only to do that work.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages to us (the form, and what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail) for 12 months after we last spoke with you. Then we delete them, unless by then they have become a customer conversation: a conversation with your company as a customer of Pulse.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner, at any time, as the next part explains.
Your choices
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the details we hold, correct them or delete them, and you can withdraw your permission for us to contact you. Write to admin@neuraflow.co.in. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we change the date at the top of this page.
