For makers

You make your own products. Pulse plans the batches and the materials.

From your own sales, recipes and stock, Pulse works out what to make, when to start, which materials are short and what to order from each supplier. A person checks and publishes every plan.

Make for LittleNest Creations: 10 batches, 2,735 units on one June calendar; 3 start today, 5 wait for materials, 2 later.

What Pulse works out

From recipe to batch to supplier order.

  1. Every batch on one calendar.

Pulse turns expected sales into batches, each with its start day and ready day, so stock is made before it runs out. Batches that wait for a material are marked.

  2. Recipes tell Pulse what each batch needs.

From your recipes Pulse works out the materials for every batch, finds what is short and names the batches it holds back. Gift Hamper Box holds back 4 batches at LittleNest until GiftWrap Pro’s order arrives Thu 11 Jun.

  3. One order per supplier, in their own packs.

Pulse groups what to buy by supplier, with the arrival date, and flags an order below a supplier’s minimum before you order: LittleNest’s SoftTex order is ₹3,000 below their ₹30,000 minimum.

₹93,550 to order today: 3 materials from 2 suppliers

  4. Every batch size has its reason.

Open a product and the batch explains itself: expected sales, stock on the shelf, what is already coming, and your batch rules. LittleNest makes Rainbow Craft Kit itself.

Plainly

What Pulse does not do for makers yet.

So you know before the call.

  • No factory job cards and no machine or line scheduling: Pulse says what to make and when to start.
  • Plans look 30 days ahead by default; we don’t promise longer plans yet.
  • It doesn’t place orders or contact suppliers. It prepares the purchase order; you send it.
  • No Tally, Zoho or ERP connection yet: Pulse reads Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files.
