How it works

From your sales to today’s plan, one step at a time.

Pulse makes one plan for a set date from your sales, stock, recipes and open orders. Here is what you see in it, in the order you would use it, with LittleNest’s plan of Mon 1 Jun 2026.

1 Today’s plan

Start the day with five things.

Your home page lists what to do today, most urgent first, and which products need you. Each line opens its reason.

20 of 30 LittleNest products need action today

Today’s plan for LittleNest Creations on Mon 1 Jun 2026: Order from GiftWrap Pro (₹66,550); Order from BrightPage Printers (₹1,90,500); Order from CreativeKit Papers (₹54,250); Order from SoftTex Fabrics Pvt Ltd (₹27,000); Start 3 batches; 20 of 30 products need action.

2 A product’s reason

Every number has its reason.

Open a product to see expected sales, stock on the shelf and what is already coming, day by day. The run-out day, the batch or the order, and the sales at risk are all written out.

3 Make

Every batch on one calendar.

The run-out board puts every batch on the same days: when stock runs out, when to start, when it is ready, and which batches wait for a material.

4 Buy

What to order, from whom, by when.

One order per supplier, in their own packs, with the arrival date. An order below a supplier’s minimum or arriving late is flagged before you order.

6 Weekly Pulse

The week on one page.

A Monday report: the few moves that matter, ranked by money at stake, what changed since last week, and how past forecasts did. Every figure is calculated by Pulse.

7 Scenarios

Try a what-if, safely.

What if festive demand is up a fifth? Pulse works the plan out again and compares it with the official one over its 30 days. Nothing changes until someone makes it official.

8 Getting started

We set up your company with you.

There is no sign-up form. NeuraFlow sets up each company from its own files, and a person approves every file before Pulse plans with it.

Plainly

What Pulse does not do yet.

We would rather you hear it here than find out later.

  • It doesn’t place orders, send them or contact suppliers. People do.
  • No Tally, Zoho or ERP connection yet: Pulse reads Excel and CSV files.
  • No invoices, payments or accounts.
  • No factory job cards or machine scheduling; plans run 30 days ahead.
  • No planning shop by shop or warehouse by warehouse: one plan for the whole company.
  • No AI chat. AI explains and suggests; it never changes a number.

See it with your own products in mind.
