Step 1 of 12 · Today’s plan

Today’s plan

Meet LittleNest Creations, the company we use to show Pulse. Its home page lists today’s 5 jobs, most urgent first: four supplier orders and 3 batches to start.

The question it answers: What should I do first today?
Step 2 of 12 · Today’s plan

Products that need action

20 of 30 products need action: 12 critical, 8 to produce soon. The others need nothing now.

The question it answers: Which products need me now?
Step 3 of 12 · Today’s plan

The most urgent product

Alphabet Flash Cards Set runs out Sat 6 Jun. It is bought ready-made: order 975 today; even so, about 30 sales may be lost before they arrive.

The question it answers: Why is this product first?
Step 4 of 12 · A product

Every number has a reason

Every figure has an i that explains it in plain words. Why order 975? 39 packs from BrightPage Printers: whole packs, at least its smallest order.

The question it answers: Why 975?
Step 5 of 12 · Make

Make: the run-out board

All 10 batches (2,735 units) on one June calendar: 3 can start today, 5 wait for materials, 2 come later.

The question it answers: Which batches can start today?
Step 6 of 12 · Make

What holds production back

Gift Hamper Box is short by 839 pcs and holds back 4 batches. Pulse names each batch and the order that frees it.

The question it answers: What is holding production back?
Step 7 of 12 · Buy

Buy: what to order today

₹93,550 to order today: 3 materials from 2 suppliers, each with its pack size, price and arrival date.

The question it answers: What do I order, and when does it arrive?
Step 8 of 12 · Buy · suppliers

A supplier’s minimum, spotted

The SoftTex order is ₹27,000, ₹3,000 below their ₹30,000 minimum. You see it, and confirm it, before you order.

The question it answers: Will the supplier accept this order?
Step 9 of 12 · Purchase order

From draft to purchase order

A supplier draft becomes a purchase order with your company’s details. Pulse checks it is complete; you finalise the numbered PDF and send it yourself.

The question it answers: Who sends the order?
Step 10 of 12 · Scenarios

Scenarios: try a what-if

What if festive demand is up a fifth? Pulse compares: 3,460 units to make now instead of 2,735. Your plan stays as it is.

The question it answers: What if Diwali sales jump?
Step 11 of 12 · Weekly Pulse

Weekly Pulse: your week

Monday’s report on one page: 5 products may run out, about ₹1.8 lakh of sales at risk, and the few moves that matter most.

The question it answers: What does my week look like?
Step 12 of 12 · That’s Pulse

A person decides

Pulse prepares the plan, the drafts and the purchase orders. It never places an order or contacts a supplier. Book a demo, or message us on WhatsApp.
